Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries. F5.1 The Provider shall not make any press announcements or publicise the Contract in any way without the Council’s prior Approval and shall take reasonable steps to ensure that its servants, employees, agents, Sub-Contractors, suppliers, professional advisors and consultants comply with this Clause.
