Common use of Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries Clause in Contracts

Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries. The Service Provider shall not make any press announcements or publicise this Contract in any way without the Customer’s prior written consent. The Customer shall be entitled to publicise this Contract in accordance with any legal obligation upon the Customer, including any examination of this Contract by the National Audit Office pursuant to the National Audit Act 1983 or otherwise. The Service Provider shall not do anything to cause anything to be done, which may damage the reputation of the Customer or bring the Customer into disrepute.
