Publication Notice and Other Media Notice. 1. As soon as is practicable after the Court's entry of the Hearing Order, but no later than 55 days before the Fairness Hearing, the Company will publish on at least one occasion the Publication Notice, in a form substantially similar to that attached as Exhibit B and in the newspapers agreed to by the Department and the Company. The Company shall pay all of the costs associated with the Publication Notice.

  • Financial Statements; Ratings Change and Other Information The Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Lender:
