Hearing Order definition

Hearing Order means the “Scheduling Order for Approval of Settlement of Class Action,” substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.
Hearing Order means the Order with Respect to Hearing on the Settlement, Notice, and Plaintiffs' Counsels' and Atlanta Marquis LP's Counsels' Applications for Attorneys' Fees and Reimbursement of Litigation Costs and Expenses.

  • As soon as practicable after this Stipulation will have been executed, the Parties will apply to the Court for the entry of the proposed Hearing Order.

More Definitions of Hearing Order

Hearing Order means the order to be entered by the Court concerning notice, administration and the Fairness Hearing, as contemplated in Section XVI of the Settlement Agreement in the Action, and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
