PUBLICATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY PROCEDURES. 6.1 Subject to Clauses 6.4 and 6.5, each Party will use all reasonable endeavours not to disclose to any third party any Confidential Information nor use for any purpose except as expressly permitted by this Subaward, any of another Party’s Confidential Information.

PUBLICATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY PROCEDURES. 6.1 4.1 Subject to Clauses 6.4 2.5, 4.4, 4.5, and 6.54.6, each Party will use all reasonable endeavours not to disclose to any third party any Confidential Information nor belonging to another Party unless that third party is participating in the Project and has signed a legally-binding agreement with that Party undertaking to abide by terms and conditions of confidentiality that are no less onerous that those set out in this Agreement. The Parties shall not use for any purpose except as expressly permitted by this SubawardAgreement, any of another Party’s Confidential Information.
