PUBLICATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY PROCEDURES. 6.1 Subject to Clauses 6.4 and 6.5, each Party will use all reasonable endeavours not to disclose to any third party any Confidential Information nor use for any purpose except as expressly permitted by this Subaward, any of another Party’s Confidential Information.
