Public Works Installation work which is considered public works is excluded from purchase under this Contract. Historically, the New York State Bureau of Public Works has maintained that installation, maintenance and repair of equipment attached to any wall, ceiling or floor or affixed by hard wiring or plumbing is public work. In contrast, installation of a piece of equipment which is portable or a “plug-in” free-standing unit would not be considered public work. Thus, this Contract does not authorize installation where the equipment becomes a permanent part of the building structure, or is otherwise incorporated into the fabric of the building (e.g., installation on a wall, ceiling or floor in a fixed location, or affixed by hard-wiring or plumbing). See Xxxxxxxx X, §00, Prevailing Wage Rates - Public Works and Building Services Contracts. Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.
PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:
Street Lighting 4.4.1 The Developer shall provide streetlights for the entire Subdivision at his sole expense. The type of lighting standard, pole spacing, and installation shall be per Memphis Light, Gas and Water standards. Memphis Light Gas and Water shall bill the City for installation of street lighting per its standards.
Firmware The Contractor shall deliver firmware required for production acceptance testing in accordance with CDRL A009 Contractor’s Supplier Configuration Management Plan.
