Public Support Clause Samples

The Public Support clause defines the obligations and expectations regarding the parties' public statements or actions in support of their agreement or partnership. Typically, this clause outlines whether and how the parties may publicly endorse, promote, or discuss the relationship, such as through press releases, marketing materials, or social media. It may also set requirements for obtaining prior approval before making public statements. The core function of this clause is to manage reputational risk and ensure that both parties present a unified and consistent message to the public, thereby preventing misunderstandings or unauthorized disclosures.
