Common use of Public Relations Release Form Clause in Contracts

Public Relations Release Form. By execution of this Agreement, the Facility shall be authorized to take and use photographs of the Resident during the normal routine of activities and/or events at the Facility, which photographs may be used for the purpose of marketing, publicity, social media, and advertising, including but not limited to web content, Instagram and Facebook. By execution of this Agreement, the Resident, Designated Representative and/or Sponsor understand that there will be no remuneration or compensation for any such use. All such photographs, images and stories regarding such activities and/or events will be used and displayed with discretion by the Facility carefully respecting the Resident’s rights.
