Common use of Public Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Public Interpretation. USACE, and/or the NFS shall consult with the SHPO(s), appropriate Federally-recognized Tribe(s), and other consulting parties, as appropriate, to design an educational or public interpretive plan. The educational or public interpretive plan may include historical markers, signs, displays, educational pamphlets, websites, workshops, videos, and other similar mechanisms to educate the public on historic properties within the local community, state, or region. In certain instances the MS ▇▇▇▇ may request that the proposed historical marker conform to the requirements of the state in question, and request that the NFS apply to state programs to provide for a uniform interpretive program.
