Public Holiday Shift Loading Sample Clauses

Public Holiday Shift Loading. Employees working on a Public Holiday shift shall be paid a loading of 150% calculated on the employee’s base rate of pay for ordinary hours only. Such extra rate shall be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the shift loadings prescribed in clause 15.5.5 and/or 15.5.6 of this Agreement.
