Public Disclosure of Information. The Issuer authorizes Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. to make adequate public disclosure of information and to act as the central point responsible for handling any request from a competent authority, in each case as required by Article 6(5) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016 with regard to regulatory technical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-back programs and stabilization measures.
