Common use of PSC Services Clause in Contracts

PSC Services. the services and/or programmes relating to PSC as set out in the Purchase Order(s). Purchase Order(s): the purchase order or orders issued by LumiraDx to the Location, or the third party acquiring the services on the Location’s behalf, setting out the details of the Contract. Qualifying Patients: Patients already undertaking treatment under the supervision of clinicians under the ultimate control of the Location. Renewal Term: the renewal term set out on the Purchase Order(s).
