Renewal Term: the renewal term set out on the Purchase Order(s).
PSC Services. PSC is a consumer reporting agency and provides, among other things, consumer reports and investigative consumer information consolidated as background checks for employment purposes and tenant screening, as such terms are defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. (FCRA) and the Drivers Privacy Protection Act 18 U.S.C. § 2721 et. seq. (Public Law 103-322). Section 2721 (DPPA). Subject to the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, PSC agrees to furnish to USER, upon USER’s request, background data in connection with the hiring and screening consideration for individuals, consumers and candidates.
