PSA. Subject to other applicable terms set forth in this PSA, upon any termination or expiration of this PSA: i. all SOWs and Professional Services rendered by AppDirect under this PSA shall immediately terminate; ii. Company shall pay to AppDirect all outstanding Fees and other amounts incurred in relation to this PSA and any SOW within thirty (30) days of the termination or expiration date.
