Common use of PSA Clause in Contracts

PSA. There is no breach by the Company, nor to Seller’s or Company’s knowledge, by Southwest, under the PSA, and no facts or circumstances exist which now or with the passage of time would give a party under the PSA the right to terminate the PSA or require the release of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money (as defined in the PSA) to Southwest.
