Common use of Proxies Clause in Contracts

Proxies. The Holder of a Warrant may grant proxies or otherwise authorize any person, including the Participants and beneficial holders that may own interests through the Participants, to take any action that a Holder is entitled to take under this Agreement or the Warrants; provided, however, that at all times that Warrants are evidenced by a Global Certificate, exercise of those Warrants shall be effected on their behalf by Participants through DTC in accordance the procedures administered by DTC.

Proxies. The Holder of a Warrant may grant proxies or otherwise authorize any person, including the Participants and beneficial holders that may own interests through the Participants, to take any action that a Holder is entitled to take under this Agreement or the Warrants; provided, however, that at all times that Warrants are evidenced by a Global CertificateWarrant, exercise of those Warrants shall be effected on their behalf by Participants through DTC in accordance the procedures administered by DTC.

Proxies. The Holder of a Warrant may grant proxies or otherwise authorize any person, including the Participants and beneficial holders that may own interests through the Participants, to take any action that a Holder is entitled to take under this Warrant Agreement or the Warrants; provided, however, that at all times that Unit Warrants are evidenced by a Global Book Entry Warrant Certificate, exercise of those Warrants shall be effected on their behalf by Participants through DTC in accordance the procedures administered by DTC.

The Holder of a Warrant may grant proxies or otherwise authorize any personPerson, including the Participants and beneficial holders that may own interests through the ParticipantsParticipants in the case of Tradable Warrants, to take any action that a Holder is entitled to take under this Agreement or the Warrants; provided, however, that at all times that Tradable Warrants are evidenced by a Tradable Global Certificate, exercise of those Tradable Warrants shall be effected on their behalf by Participants through DTC in accordance the procedures administered by DTC.
