Common use of Provisions which Operate Following Termination Clause in Contracts

Provisions which Operate Following Termination. Notwithstanding any termination of the Executive’s employment under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever and with or without cause, all provisions of this Agreement necessary to give efficacy thereto, including without limitation the Restrictive Covenant Agreement attached as Schedule A, will continue in full force and effect following such termination.

Provisions which Operate Following Termination. Notwithstanding any termination of the Executive’s employment under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever and with or without cause, all provisions of this Agreement necessary to give efficacy thereto, including without limitation the Restrictive Covenant Agreement attached as Schedule ANon-Competition Agreement, will continue in full force and effect following such termination.
