PROVISIONS OF AGREEMENT. 2.10 This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements, verbal or written or based on alleged past practices, between the Board and the Association and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendment or agreement supplemental hereto shall not be binding upon either party unless executed in writing by the parties hereto. If any provision of this Agreement or any application of the Agreement to any employee or group of employees shall be found contrary to the law, then such provision or application shall not be deemed valid except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect.
