Common use of PROVISIONS CONSTITUTING SUBLEASE Clause in Contracts

PROVISIONS CONSTITUTING SUBLEASE. (a) This Sublease is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease attached as Exhibit A, except as specifically exempted herein and Sublessee shall assume and perform the obligations of Sublessor as Lessee in said Master Lease, to the extent such terms and conditions are applicable to the Sublease premises. Sublessee shall not commit or permit to be committed on the Sublease Premises any act of omission which shall violate any term or condition of the Master Lease.

PROVISIONS CONSTITUTING SUBLEASE. (a) This A. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Sublease is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease attached as set forth in Exhibit AA hereto, except as specifically exempted herein and Sublessee shall assume comply with the terms and perform the obligations of Sublessor as Lessee conditions in said Master Lease, to the extent such said terms and conditions are applicable to the Sublease premisesPremises subleased pursuant to this Sublease. This Sublease is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease attached as Exhibit A, except as specifically exempted herein provided herein, and Sublessee shall assume and perform the obligations of Sublessor as Lessee in said Master LeaseLease (with respect to the Premises, defined in Paragraph 4 below, only), to the extent such said obligations are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions are applicable to the Sublease premises. Sublessee shall not commit or permit to be committed on the Sublease Premises any act of omission which shall violate any term or condition of the Master Leasethis Sublease.

In the event of the termination of Sublessor's interest as Lessee under the Master Lease for any reason other than the default of Sublessor under the Master Lease or this Sublease, then this Sublease shall terminate coincidentally therewith without any liability of Sublessor to Sublessee.

This Sublease is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease attached as in Exhibit "A, " and except as specifically exempted herein and otherwise provided in this Sublease, Sublessee shall assume and perform the obligations of Sublessor as the Lessee in said Master Lease, Lease arising after the date Sublessee obtains possession of the Premises and only to the extent such said terms and conditions are applicable to the Sublease premisesSublease. Sublessee shall not commit commit, or permit to be committed on the Sublease Premises any act of or omission which shall violate any term or condition of the Master Lease.
