PROVISIONAL SETTLEMENT. In the event that any disagreement related to the calculation of the Three Largest Operators of the individual Percent Add-on, the right of an Operator to debit/credit any implementation difference(s), or any calculation of any implementation difference(s) have been made subject to a committee procedure, the calculation of the Operator shall form the basis for the debiting/crediting on the Joint Account until the decision of the committee has been made.
