Provision of Documentation and Information. The Merchant shall be entitled to use the Services after and for as long as it has satisfied certain Servicer verification, know-your- Merchant and risk based related requirements (“KYC Requirements”). KYC Requirements may be updated or supplemented from time to time and may vary between Services.
