Provision of Contracts to Association and Employees Sample Clauses
The 'Provision of Contracts to Association and Employees' clause requires that copies of relevant contracts be made available to both the association (such as a union or employee representative body) and individual employees. In practice, this means that whenever a new employment contract, collective bargaining agreement, or amendment is finalized, the employer must distribute copies to the association and ensure employees have access to their own agreements. This clause ensures transparency, helps all parties understand their rights and obligations, and reduces the risk of disputes arising from misunderstandings or lack of information.
