Provincial Medical Insurance Plan Premium. The Corporation agrees to contribute to the Provincial Medical Insurance Plan Premium in premium paying provinces at the rate of seventy percent (70%) of the provincial medical premium, for those provinces which levied a premium on or before June 30, 2004.
