Providing Information. The CSB shall provide any information requested by the Department that is related to the services, funds, or expenditures in this contract or the performance of or compliance with this contract in a timely manner, considering the type, amount, and availability of information requested. Provision of information shall comply with applicable laws and regulations governing confidentiality, privacy, and security of information regarding individuals receiving services from the CSB.
