Common use of PROVIDED THAT Clause in Contracts

PROVIDED THAT. (i) If the Employer terminates the employment of an Employee except for reasons of misconduct, serious misconduct they shall pay the Employee a day's ordinary wages for each holiday which falls within ten (10) consecutive days after the day of termination.
