Protest. Within seven (7) working days of the receipt of written notice of Order of Disciplinary Action, or in the case of a written reprimand, the date of the action, the disciplined employee may protest the action. Such protest shall be in writing and given to the Chief of Police with a copy sent to the Human Resources Director.
