Protective Service. INVESTIGATIONS RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIATED FINDINGS Investigations of protective services will investigate allegations of abuse and substantiations shall be apportioned to the individual(s) who committed the abuse. Persons with substantiated findings may have the opportunity to appeal the decision or request a petition for reconsideration pursuant to the ODHS/OHA/▇▇▇▇ Administrative Rule. The apportionment of substantiation in no way diminishes the Departments’ ability or authority to issue a civil penalty as appropriate. ODDS investigations do not include apportionment.
