Protective Gloves. Vinyl gloves will be readily available for employees to use for appropriate resident care. The Employer and the Union agree to meet at Joint Labour Management Committee meetings to provide learning opportunities for both sides to understand and resolve any misunderstandings regarding the usage of gloves.

Protective Gloves. Where an employee is performing manual tasks, such as the handling of timber, metal, cable or other materials, the employer will reimburse such employees for the cost of protective gloves. The provisions of this paragraph do not apply where the above gloves are provided by the employer.
