Common use of Protection of Reputation Clause in Contracts

Protection of Reputation. During the period of employment and during any period in which severance payments or benefits are paid or provided under this Agreement, the Executive agrees that he will take no action which is intended to, or would reasonably be expected to, harm the Company or its reputation or which would reasonably be expected to lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity to the Company (it being understood that competition which does not breach Section 1.5 shall not be deemed to be a breach of this Section).
