Developer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City, RDA, and their respective officers, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers and the successors and assigns of all of the foregoing, from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, damages, judgments or awards, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, of whatsoever nature and by whomsoever asserted, whether asserted by a third party or by a party to this Agreement (hereinafter “Losses”), directly or indirectly, arising out of, resulting from or in any way connected with:
