Common use of Proration Clause in Contracts

Proration. Eligible employees being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hour pay period shall have their vacation accruals pro-rated in accord with the schedule set forth in Appendix C.

Proration. Eligible employees being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hour pay period shall have their vacation accruals pro-rated in accord with the schedule set forth in Appendix C.B.

Proration. Eligible employees being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hour pay period shall 11 have their vacation accruals pro-rated in accord with the schedule set forth in Appendix C.
