Proprietary System. The Client acknowledges that the ETS is proprietary to uSMART SG. The Client warrants and undertakes that the Client shall not, and shall not attempt to, tamper with, modify, de- compile, reverse engineer, corrupt, interfere or otherwise alter in any way, and shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, any part of the ETS. The Client acknowledges that uSMART SG may take legal action against the Client, if the Client at any time breaches this warranty and undertaking or if uSMART SG at any time reasonably suspects that the Client has breached the same. The Client undertakes to notify uSMART SG immediately if the Client becomes aware that any of the actions described above in this clause is being perpetrated by any other person.
