Common use of Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreements Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreements. Each current employee, officer and consultant of the Company has executed a Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto, and each former employee, officer and consultant of the Company has executed a "proprietary information and inventions agreement" in a form satisfactory to the Purchasers. No current employee, officer or consultant of the Company has excluded works or inventions made prior to his or her employment with the Company from his or her assignment of inventions pursuant to such employee, officer or consultant's Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement.
