PROPOSAL OR QUOTATION. A proposal shall not become binding upon Seller until it has first been accepted by Purchaser and second, been approved and accepted by Seller as provided herein in Section 3. A quotation shall not be considered as an offer, but the basis for an order from Purchaser which is subject to acceptance by Seller as provided in Section 3.
