PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE DATA. 5.1 The Sub-contractor acknowledges that Royal Mail is the creator and owner of, or is otherwise authorised to use and exploit, the databases known as PAF® and Alias, and all Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in and/or relating to the same from time to time, and that the Data Solutions and/or Map Solutions have been developed, created, modified and/or enhanced by the data or some part of the data and/or supplied with the data or some part of the data in such databases.
