PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE DATA. 6.1 The Loaded Device Developer acknowledges that Royal Mail is the creator and owner of, or is otherwise authorised to use and exploit, the databases known as PAF® and Alias, and all Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in and/or relating to the same from time to time, and that the Loaded Maps have been developed, created, modified and/or enhanced by the data or some part of the data and/or supplied with the data or some part of the data in such databases.
