Common use of Property Report Clause in Contracts

Property Report. Seller has registered Prospect at Mt. Crested Butte with the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection by filing a detailed “Statement of Record” in compliance with the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq. (the “Act”). The Act requires Seller to provide Purchaser with a “Property Report” prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Office of Interstate Land Sales Registration, Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (the “Property Report”). The Property Report includes, without limitation, information relating to risks, access, utilities, services, assessments and the Associations.
