Common use of Property Report Clause in Contracts

Property Report. After completion of the contract period of performance and within 30 days after disposition of all contract-accountable property under this contract, the Seller shall submit to the Buyer a final zero property report. Each subcontractor that had possession of Government property accountable to this contract shall report a final zero property report to the Seller. The Seller shall submit the report to the Buyer certifying the disposition of all contract- accountable property and providing along with documentation supporting the transfer or disposal of all Seller inventory (e.g., SF1428, DD 1149).
