Property Profile Submission. 1. The CAR must report on interim progress (i.e., clean up started) and any final accomplishments (i.e., clean up completed, contaminants removed, institutional controls, engineering controls) by completing and submitting relevant portions of the Property Profile Form using the Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Exchange System (ACRES). The CAR must enter the data in ACRES as soon as the interim action or final accomplishment has occurred, or within 30 days after the end of each reporting quarter. The CAR must enter any new data into ACRES prior to submitting the quarterly progress report to the EPA Project Officer. The CAR must utilize the ACRES system.
