Property of the General Partner. All payments to the General Partner pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be the exclusive property of the General Partner. All such payments may be commingled by the General Partner with its other funds and the General Partner shall have no obligation to maintain segregated accounts of funds for the payments.
