Common use of Property Affected Clause in Contracts

Property Affected. This Agreement and the covenants, conditions, limitations and restrictions set forth herein shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of and constitute a burden upon all of the Buyer’s Property, in accordance with the terms set forth herein. Accordingly, all portions of land within the Buyer’s Property shall hereafter be owned, held, transferred, sold, conveyed, demised, devised, assigned, leased, mortgaged, occupied, used and enjoyed subject to and benefited and burdened by the terms and provisions of this Declaration.
