Continued Effect. Except as expressly supplemented and amended by this Supplemental Indenture, the Original Indenture shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions thereof, and the Original Indenture (as supplemented and amended by this Supplemental Indenture) is in all respects hereby ratified and confirmed. This Supplemental Indenture and all its provisions shall be deemed a part of the Original Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided.
Continued Effect. Except to the extent amended hereby or by any documents executed in connection herewith, all terms, provisions, and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and all documents executed in connection therewith, shall continue in full force and effect and shall remain enforceable and binding in accordance with their respective terms.

Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms and conditions of the Advisory Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect, the same being confirmed and republished hereby. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Advisory Agreement and the terms of this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall control.

Rights and benefits conferred on the holders of Warrant Shares pursuant to the provisions hereof (including Section 6) shall continue to inure to the benefit of, and shall be enforceable by, such holders, notwithstanding the surrender of the Warrant to, and its cancellation by, the Company upon the full or partial exercise or repurchase hereof.
Continued Effect. Except as otherwise modified hereby, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
