Common use of Proper Receipt Clause in Contracts

Proper Receipt. Documents shall not be deemed to have been properly received, and no Document shall give rise to any obligation, until accessible to the receiving party. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, electronic transfers by Trade Partner of funds denominated in U.S. currency to pay its PG&E ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for utility service will be credited against its utility bills when received by PG&E as provided in the Agreement.
