Common use of Propane Grill Clause in Contracts

Propane Grill. Propane Gas for Grill is not included. We keep at least 2 tanks on site. These will need to be periodically refilled by exchanging at a nearby retail outlet, at renter’s expense. We do try and keep propane on site, but do not promise there will be an ample supply. If there is only 1 tank operational when you arrive, and you use the grill at all, you should refill one of the spares and let us know.

It is located on a side deck near the kitchen. We have plenty of grill cleaning tools.
