Propane Grill. Propane Gas for Grill is not included. We keep at least 2 tanks on site. These will need to be periodically refilled by exchanging at a nearby retail outlet, at renter’s expense. We do try and keep propane on site, but do not promise there will be an ample supply. If there is only 1 tank operational when you arrive, and you use the grill at all, you should refill one of the spares and let us know.

Propane Grill. Propane Gas for Grill is included, but we cannot promise there will be propane, as this is not something our cleaning service checks. We keep at least 2 tanks on site. These will need to be periodically refilled by exchanging at a nearby retail outlet. If you re-fill a tank for us, just text us the receipt and we will reiumburse you. We visit and check on our property regularly and try to keep propane on hand, but this is something that could happen. If there is only 1 tank operational when you arrive, and you use the grill at all, you we ask you refill the extra that is empty and we will reimburse you.

Propane grill is not to be moved. It is located on a side deck near the kitchen. We also keep a charcoal grill in the courtyard. If used, it must be cleaned and emptied of coals. We have plenting of grill cleaning tools. You can put the coals in the fire-pit, which we handle cleaning from time to time, as needed. Do not put used ash or coals in the yard under any circumstances.

Propane Grill. The property has an outdoor Viking BBQ. To avoid injury, minors are prohibited from operating the BBQ grill. Propane tank must be turned on prior to use and turned off after each use. Guests are NOT allowed to use charcoal and/or wood chips. If evidence is discovered that guests used charcoal and/or wood chips you will forfeit your entire damage deposit and will be billed for any costs associated with damages above and beyond the damage deposit.

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason: (1) DSHS Data will not be stored in any consumer grade Cloud solution, unless all of the following conditions are met: (a) Contractor has written procedures in place governing use of the Cloud storage and Contractor attests in writing that all such procedures will be uniformly followed. (b) The Data will be Encrypted while within the Contractor network. (c) The Data will remain Encrypted during transmission to the Cloud. (d) The Data will remain Encrypted at all times while residing within the Cloud storage solution. (e) The Contractor will possess a decryption key for the Data, and the decryption key will be possessed only by the Contractor and/or DSHS. (f) The Data will not be downloaded to non-authorized systems, meaning systems that are not on either the DSHS or Contractor networks. (g) The Data will not be decrypted until downloaded onto a computer within the control of an Authorized User and within either the DSHS or Contractor’s network. (2) Data will not be stored on an Enterprise Cloud storage solution unless either: (a) The Cloud storage provider is treated as any other Sub-Contractor, and agrees in writing to all of the requirements within this exhibit; or, (b) The Cloud storage solution used is FedRAMP certified. (3) If the Data includes protected health information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Cloud provider must sign a Business Associate Agreement prior to Data being stored in their Cloud solution.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.
