Common use of Proof of Interest Clause in Contracts

Proof of Interest. Subject to applicable laws, the Secured Party or the Receiver may require any Person mentioned in Clauses 10.1(e), 10.1(f) or 10.1(g) to furnish proof of that Person's interest, and unless the proof is furnished within ten (10) days after demand by the Secured Party or the Receiver, the Secured Party or the Receiver need not pay over any portion of the Proceeds referred to therein to such Person.
