Proof of Acceptance. Upon delivery, the Hirer shall sign the Delivery Note, which shall be conclusive proof of the receipt of the equipment by the Hirer, and of the acceptance of these conditions. No variation to these conditions shall be effective whether or not specified in any order or acceptance issued by the Hirer unless agreed in writing by the Supplier.
