Common use of Promptness Clause in Contracts

Promptness. The parties recognize that timely response by the Design Professional is important to the success of the Work. Hence, the Design Professional’s response to requests for interpretation or for approval of submittals will be made with reasonable promptness and within any time limits agreed upon in writing or set forth in the General Conditions.
