Prompt Presentation. Where railway vehicles under the control of ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will move onto and off the Facility, the parties shall ensure that they facilitate (to the extent they are able) the prompt presentation of such railway vehicles onto and off the Facility.
