Common use of Prompt Presentation Clause in Contracts

Prompt Presentation. The employee shall discuss his or her grievance with his or her immediate supervisor within ten (10) working days after the act or omission of management causing the grievance, or within ten (10) working days of when the employee, with the exercise of reasonable diligence, should have discovered the act or omission being grieved.

Prompt Presentation. The employee shall discuss his or his/her grievance with his or his/her immediate supervisor within ten fifteen (1015) working business days after the act or omission of management causing the grievance, or within ten fifteen (1015) working business days of when the employee, with the exercise of reasonable diligence, should have discovered the act or omission being grieved.
